First Annual Strikes for Kids, 2008
The O.J. McDuffie Catch 81 Foundation’s 1st annual bowling tournament proved to be a huge success. On September 28, 2008, the Foundation, Storm Products and Pompano Bowl hosted over 120 guests at the 1st Annual Strikes for Kids. This event is sure to grow into one of the biggest and most exciting bowling tournaments in south Florida. The 2nd Annual Strikes for Kids is being scheduled during the bye week of the Miami Dolphins in 2009.
Proceeds from the event benefitted the Catch 81 Foundation and assisted in achieving its mission of providing financial assistance for the disadvantaged youths throughout the South Florida community.
